A career with us
FSP is a leading design and fabrication company specialising in steel products. We aim to be the number one provider in our Industry. However, we do not focus simply on what we do; we ensure we do it to the best ability.
As a family-owned business, we recognise staff are the company’s heartbeat, and FSP is dedicated to training and staff development. We have an active apprenticeship programme, and several senior teams are working towards higher qualifications as part of their career progression within the company.
We help our employees realise the many opportunities available to them and encourage staff to develop their careers through upwards or sideways progression. Our investment in your personal development is rewarded when the whole company succeeds.
Our commitment to our people also extends to ensuring all employees are given a fair wage for a hard day’s work. That’s why we are an accredited Real Living Wage employer, paying a wage rate which is reflective of the real cost of living, and which is higher than both the Minimum Wage and National Living Wage. We are also working hard to improve efficiencies within our business, so we have funds available to further reward our valued staff.
