March 7, 2022 FSP gives new retail development a ‘hand’

FSP has provided one of the safety solutions for manhole chambers on the site of a new retail park under construction in Liverpool.

We have supplied 10 stainless steel (Grade 316) hand rails to CS (Civils & Groundworks) Ltd for Knowsley Cross Retail Park in Kirkby.

The handrails were manufactured to meet the United Utilities standards for manhole chambers. Our handrails come complete with chain and fixings and are supplied in component form for quick and easy installation.

They can be made in either galvanised mild steel or stainless steel to meet your specification and we can supply to other standards such as the Highways Specification and Sewers for Adoption 7th Edition.

Ground was broken on the new development earlier this year. The 130,000 sq ft town centre retail park will be home to supermarket Morrisons and high street retailers and restaurants and is being led by St. Modwen.
