FAB LIFT™ S30 – Adoptable Pumping Stations FAB TOPS™ Solid Top Access Covers

Simple to use, each cover opens with a flat-headed screwdriver after removing a single utility padlock, providing a secure, cost-effective solution for adoptable installations. Our standard safety grid features a durable ladder-type design, which can be hinged either with the cover or independently. Wet well applications we use a split grid system designed to ensure a safe and controlled pump lift for operators. Once the pump is removed, the grids automatically return to their original position. They are aligned with the pump’s centre line and spaced adequately to allow the lifting chain to pass through without obstruction, furthermore we also offer a 225mm diameter cut out in the grid to suit Type 1, 2, 3 pump stations not situated in a compound.

All covers come with a hot-dip galvanised finish. For coastal or high-corrosion areas, we offer decorative powder coating or full stainless steel options for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
