March 7, 2022 FSP access covers supplied to new £160m retail village

A new designer retail outlet that is currently under construction will feature a number of FSP products.

More than 75 FAB PAVETM S20 access covers have been supplied to McDermotts Building & Civil Engineering Ltd for the McArthurGlen shopping village in Cannock that is currently under construction.

The FAB PAVE™ S20 is a recessed cover that has been designed to prevent egress of odours and the ingress of surface water. It is fitted with a neoprene gasket as standard and a double neoprene gasket for further assurance.

FAB PAVE™ is load tested unfilled in accordance with FACTA or EN124 specifications. The extensive range is manufactured as standard in galvanised mild steel but with options of galvanised mild steel 140μm, stainless steel, powder coating and weathering steel (cor-ten®).

The new outlet village is due to open in 2020. It will be McArthurGlen’s 26th centre and its seventh in the UK and will be home to a range of iconic brands and high-street names.
