March 7, 2022 FSP scoops top Excellence in Business Award

We were absolutely delighted to win the award for Excellence in Learning and Skills at the recent Shropshire Star Excellence in Business Awards.

There was tough competition for this category and although only a handful of our team could be at the ceremony at RAF Cosford, this was very much an award for everyone in the FSP team.

One of the judges commented: “According to the criteria, FSP slam dunked it every time!” Those words meant a lot to us as they were looking for a company that displayed outstanding performance throughout its business and set the standard within the industry.

We know our workforce is our biggest asset and it makes sense to invest time and money to help them develop to be the best they can be. We are also passionate about the community in which we operate and live.

Staff development and corporate social responsibility is an ethos built into every part of FSP, including promoting and delivering apprenticeships, skills training and adult qualifications for our workforce to give them their best chance of career progression.

We are justifiably proud of our people and this award is independent verification of what a great team they are!
