A vibrant new award winning community that unites Salford and Manchester is the latest residential development to opt for FSP flagship range of access covers.
A range of non standard and bespoke FAB PAVETM S10 recessed access covers have been manufactured for installation by Murraywood Construction and supplied through Burdens at Middlewood Locks, the waterside neighbourhood being developed in the city.
Middlewood Locks is currently home to more than 700 residents with future phases to include more homes as well offices, restaurants, shops and bars as the neighbourhood grows.
The order included a number of 900x900mm access covers rated to FACTA B along with bespoke 450x450mm covers with venting holes.
FAB PAVE covers have been used in prestigious locations throughout the UK and Europe as they are ideal for paved environments where an aesthetically pleasing finish is important.
Our access covers have also recently been used in other high profile urban residential developments such as Port Loop in Birmingham and Milburnagte in Durham as well as the new McArthur Glen retail village in Cannock.
