Fabweld Steel Products are looking for supply and install quotations for a new Fume Extraction Sytem. Please find details below, the tender. deadline 9th July 2018.

LEV01 WELD FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEM – ADD DEMAND CONTROL

The welding extract system operates continuously during factory working

hours at constant air volume and fan speed. We advise an inverter is fitted to

the existing system to control the total air volume when points are no longer in

use to preserve energy.

Supply and install one off fan inverter with differential pressure transmitter, universal

inline fuel filter – medium, duct connection set and pressure hose to suit.

LEV01 WELD FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEM – ADD LED LIGHTING TO THE WELDING HOODS

Upgrade the lighting in each of the eight capture hoods to LED.

Supply and fit eight off LED light/fan switch to suit Nederman hoods. Supply and install eight off transformers 220/24v. 75a to run each of the eight light switches.
